A bien résolu un problème de résolution d’écran qui n’atteignait pas son maximum avec un câble ancien. DPort et HDMI demandent une conversion active et l’électronique présente dans un câble peut brider la résolution maxi. Ce câble permet une conversion DPort vers HDMI en 4K à 30hz au moins, et j’ai récupéré la résolution maxi de la carte, auparavant bridée à 1080p par un câble de génération antérieure. Bon matériel, bonne réalisation, achat recommandé.

Se trata de un cable de DisplayPort a HDMI. Mis monitores y KVMs sólo cuentan con entradas HDMI pero el ordenador que acabo de montar tiene múltiples salidas DisplayPort en la GPU. Así que para poder hacer uso de alguna de esas salidas necesitaba un cable que transformase de DisplayPort a HDMI. Éste cable hace precisamente eso. Ten en cuenta que el cable SÓLO funciona de DisplayPort a HDMI y NO funcionará a HDMI a DisplayPort. A 4K funcionará con una tasa de refresco de 60Hz por lo que si deseas una mayor tasa de refresco tendrías que buscar otro cable. Personalmente no lo uso a tanta resolución así que no tengo queja alguna. Tampoco se podría poner una pega en este aspecto ya que la descripción del producto lo indica claramente. El cable viene en la típica caja de Benfei. Lo digo así porque me estoy aficionando a esta marca y siempre viene en la misma caja de catón con serigrafia... Es una caja normalita, pero con serigrafia por lo que la presentación es bastante decente. Cuando abrimos el producto vemos los verdaderos detalles que han puesto en el producto. El producto viene con protectores de plástico para los conectores, y un velcro para poder mantener organizado el cable. Estos dos "extras" son muy prácticos si vamos a transportar el cable. En mi caso es para dejarlo fijo, pero se agradecen los extras por si en algún momento tengo que almacenarlo por el motivo que sea. El trenzado del cable parece bueno, suave y resistente. Los terminales vienen con cubierta metálica. Me pregunto si será una carcasa metálica completa o si sólo cubre el plástico, pero no hay forma de comprobarlo sin estropear el cable (Al menos que yo sepa). Pero hace que el aspecto sea muy robusto, elegante y profesional.
